Simon has been studying very independently lately, experimenting with downloading new text editors and trying them out with various projects/ challenges. This is not always successful and there is frustration and tears involved, but also immense joy when something does work. The LearnWebCode project to install WordPress on our computer and play with it with MAMP and MAMP PRO proved devastating, although we tried it together. At the same time, Simon managed installing two new text editors (Text Mate and Sublime Text) all by himself and they worked! I should probably also mention that it was Simon who researched which text editors exist and are worth installing.

Simon especially loves all the shortcuts. Amazing how he stores all of them in his memory, both for Mac and Windows.
