Simon came up with this “golden infinity” concept on Monday evening and had to wait until Tuesday morning to draw it for me. He started out with an equilateral triangle and made one of its sides the median for a new triangle, a side of which became the median of the following triangle and so on. Simon hoped to find a relation in the sizes of the medians or the sides, whether there’s a quotient to be found as they increase. That however remains a mystery.
