Trying to write code would be a more accurate way to say it as many sketches don’t work or have errors, but the fact remains: two days ago Simon started writing code and that’s what he has been doing ever since.
Whenever a project doesn’t work he doesn’t seem to care, while I’m looking up what might have gone wrong he just starts a new one, seeming to enjoy the process more than the result. That’s the power of his intrinsic hunger to learn, I think he simply wants to practice writing! While doing so he continuously speaks English (to himself and me), something he picks up from watching the LittleBits tutorials online. I hear him saying “I love code”. I’m afraid we should start looking for someone who can help him with this new development.
